BBC Gloucestershire Documentary on Cheltenham... →
We don’t just get a load of coverage on BBC Gloucestershire Introducing in this county, looks like we’re fit for a whole hour documentary too! Couple of young chaps doing a great job of covering some up and coming local artists. Good first-hand insight into how the ‘new generation’ of musicians in and around Cheltenham view the music scene that was literally non-existant...
An international view of Cheltenham →
Here’s a short blog I found written by a student visiting Cheltenham from the state of New York - click the title above to view.
Some lovely parallels to a town an ocean away and a surprisingly poignant conclusion.
Why is it on the MND blog? Well, this is an example of how some of our visitors view our lovely town; sometimes as residents it can be easy to forget. Secondly - lots of...

Reading and Writing: An Interlude
WARNING!
I suppose you’ve got used to me running off topic once in a while, but don’t worry - this does contain some relevant material about sound!
As this is probably going to be one of ‘those’ posts, I should warn you that if you’re not all up in the blogosphere grill then you won’t be interested and probably stopped reading at the word...

I don’t like Twitter, but there you go. If it’s a good way to update loads of people at once and if it means another level of transparency, then I should probably go the whole hog and make my life entirely public.
As for my love for the clunky old Tumblr? I’ve done so many posts here that it seems silly to leave the old girl now, just cheat on her with the slutty celeb-friendly...

Hello all,
Quick blog today as I think a quick peek below will give you a good idea what I’ve been up to.
Just to say that I’m getting around everyone’s emails and messages (there were a LOT) and that if you’ve not heard back from me yet, then you will do soon.
Cheers for now,
Andrew

Finally - I can confirm some good news from work I’ve been doing with all of the arts, music and community groups around town. We are looking at the viability of what would essentially be a new community arts centre in Cheltenham! Details coming very soon…
BRILLIANT!

“Lots” is the short answer…

Helping plan some of our festivals in Cheltenham for this year
